Raihnon will teach you the fundamentals of how to meditate naturally. You will learn how to meditate in everyday moments and experience the benefits to your whole mental, emotional & physical self. To inhibit negative mind spiraling.
Authentic Meditation was never meant to be practiced to take you out of life (though this can be very relaxing temporarily, is popular and can also be addictive) Trouble is the effects/benefits are temporary and in times of stress you may not be able to just step out of your life to "meditate". Mind meditation is so much more than that. It is a state of mind control, with practice that can be learned and applied in any moment that you need to bring your mind back into a "present" state - a peaceful, balanced, in control state.

It is at Raihnon's request that retreats are organized. There are no pre-recorded teachings or lessons
conducted by other teachers at the Retreat.
He gives a subject that his lessons will be focused on. We do not have prior knowledge
to how or what he will teach.

ENERGY HEALING
DARLIUS LEVEL 1

There are three levels of Raihnon's Energy Healing.
Level 1- Beginners - whilst studying the techniques with your course Teacher
you are welcome to attend lessons with Raihnon which occur approx once a month.
It is not a requirement to attend Raihnon's lessons to be eligible to study Level 1 you may choose to
only study with your allocated Teacher.

Important Information
- All Darlius Teacher's are trained by Raihnon.
- Anyone who is currently attending Darlius® Level 2 has completed the Level 1 course.
- Anyone who is currently attending Darlius® Level 3 has completed the Level 2 course.
- The Teachers are selected by Raihnon to teach level 1 and 2, Raihnon's teaches more advanced Healing Lessons.
- Beginners classes are for those embarking on energy healing and also those who have studied other modalities of energy healing.
- Raihnon's Energy Techniques are His own unique teachings and therefore any previous education although may be of benefit is not necessary.
- It is not our intent to offend any person/s level of intelligence or competence in energy healing. It simply is that to Raihnon's Energy Healing techniques you are NEW.
